Corn Floriani Red Flint

Description

Floriani Red is an heirloom flint corn from the Valsugana region of the Italian Alps. The striking russet-red polenta corn has a distinctive ‘beak’ on the tip of each kernel. This mills to a beautiful creamy red polenta.
